The Head of IT Delivery is an executive position responsible for managing IT delivery to meet the needs of various operating entities, tailoring and delivering IT services that drive success and innovation, and contributing to the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in IT and general management
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of modern technology and digital business models
- Good understanding of SDLC and DevSecOps practices
- Familiar with cloud environments and cloud native applications
- Familiar with Site Reliability Engineering practices
- GitOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with AI-powered coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q
- Agile mindset and strong focus on end-to-end delivery
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Strong intercultural and communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational development success
