Maintenance Manager

Solenis is a leading global provider of water and hygiene solutions. We're seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to lead the strategic direction and daily operations of our site-wide maintenance function at our dynamic chemical manufacturing facility in Bradford.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering (or equivalent).
• Senior maintenance leadership experience in a regulated, high-hazard/COMAH environment.
• Deep understanding of safety legislation, asset care, and contractor management.
• Skilled in SAP (or similar), RCA, RCM, and lean maintenance tools.
• Strong communicator and strategic thinker with the ability to lead through change.
