Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant supports daily financial and inventory operations while maintaining accurate records across multiple systems. Working closely with the Controller and Finance team, this role contributes to reporting, reconciliation, invoicing, and operational accounting processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, sound organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-system environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on accounting or finance experience
• College or university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and inventory accounting
• Experience in operational, inventory-driven, or multi-location environments considered an asset
