Sales Manager - H/F

We're looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing Own Brand ranges and ensuring smooth collaboration across all stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience within ADEO or an equivalent organization, a proven commercial mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience within ADEO (or equivalent in an international, matrixed organization)
• Proven commercial mindset: proactive, tenacious, and result-oriented
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to adapt and build relationships at all levels — internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Fluency in English (C1) and at least one of the following languages: Dutch, Spanish, Hungarian, or Slovene
• Proficiency in PERSEUS (internal tool for offers and data management)
• Solid understanding of ADEO’s production structure and Own Brand ecosystem
