Lead Engineer - Customer Mobile App - H/F

Lead Engineer Backend position available at ADEO, a European leader in the home improvement and DIY market. The role involves leading the architecture and evolution of the Back For Front in service of the Customer Mobile App, ensuring reactive programming and code quality, and supervising backend developers. The ideal candidate has significant experience as a lead or senior backend on a major project and masters Java Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a lead or senior backend on a major project
• Master Java Spring Boot and have excellent knowledge of Spring WebFlux and reactive programming
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and modern CI/CD practices
• Understanding of mobile applications (latency, compatibility, versioning, performance)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to transmit and promote a technical vision
