As a Lead Engineer - Cashing & Payment, you will contribute to the development and evolution of ADEO Group's payment solution. You will work in an international strategic environment, defining and carrying the technical vision of projects and leading a development team.
Requirements
- Define and carry the technical vision of projects in liaison with architects and project managers.
- Technically lead the development team (coaching, accompaniment, code review).
- Design and validate technical solutions adapted to functional needs and project constraints.
- Ensure the quality of code and deliverables (respect of standards, tests, security, performance).
- Implement and follow best practices (CI/CD, continuous integration, automation of tests).
- Participate in the development of complex and sensitive features.
- Ensure technological watch and propose continuous improvements.
- Be the privileged interlocutor between developers, architects and project management.
- Contribute to the estimation of costs and technical planning.
