Job Description
We are hiring immediately for Inbound Technical Support Process For US Shift. Attaining inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, e-mails etc. and selling relevant plans and software. Must have dialled in Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months, be able to close calls and take payments from customers, and be fluent in English.
Requirements
- 12th Pass
- Excellent Communication Skill
- At least 6 months experience in International Outbound can apply for Inbound Tech Process
- Must be able to close calls and take payments from customers
- Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers
- Must be very fluent in English
