Job Description
Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Customer Care Executive for an Inbound Voice Process role in Kolkata, India. The job involves providing technical support to customers and selling technical support plans. The shift timing is 08:30 pm to 06:30 am (Night Shift).
Requirements
- 1-5 Years Of Experience in Outbound process
- Min qualification: 10+2
- Good in English
- Presentable and smart enough to handle client's query
- Ability to close calls and take payments from customers
