Quality Lead

At Addition Wealth, we’re on a mission to redefine financial health by making personalized financial expertise inclusive and accessible to everyone. We're looking for a Quality Lead (QA Lead) to take ownership of testing and quality across Addition Wealth’s products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance for software products with a strong testing focus
• Strong understanding of test methodologies, including unit, integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based testing approaches for serverless and containerized systems
• Experience testing REST and web APIs, and ideally, modern web applications (React, Next.js)
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills — comfortable diving into code, logs, and cloud monitoring tools
• A bias for action — you prioritize impact, automate where it counts, and balance speed with reliability
• Strong collaboration skills and a passion for building quality into every layer of the engineering process
