Requirements

• Generate new business via outbound calls and emails
• Inform customers of promotions and product updates
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and any other types of communication
• Process return documentation
• Track orders and provide status to respective customers
• Input new orders into the Company system (Macola)
• Process order corrections and replacements
• Manage warranty claims
