Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Technical Writer II to shape the future of their Help Center, redesigning and scaling content for a rapidly growing platform. This role involves creating, reviewing, and updating clear, easy-to-follow help articles and guides, working with product and support teams to ensure accuracy and user-friendliness. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content creation and possess a strong understanding of technical writing principles.
Requirements
- Develop a deep understanding of users, products, and unique challenges
- Write clear, easy-to-follow help articles and guides
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests for new articles and updates
- Partner with SMEs to determine the best flow and structure of your content
- Run content reviews at key milestones
- Audit existing articles for out-of-date information, typos, and broken links
- Track article engagement and address user feedback
