Job Description
ADBAKER is seeking a passionate Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social to join their team as a leading agency in Paid Social Marketing. You will manage campaigns for top brands, developing data-driven strategies, analyzing results, and optimizing for maximum performance. The role involves collaborating with clients, presenting concepts, and driving innovative approaches.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in strategic campaign management on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (ideally in an agency environment).
- Confident, communicative, and sovereign appearance.
- Secure handling of modern reporting tools combined with technical understanding and a feel for numbers.
- Experience in working with a creative team and a feel for creative approaches.
- Very good German skills in word and writing.
