Job Description
ADBaker is seeking a Performance Designer with expertise in motion graphics and post-production to create engaging and high-performing advertisements for social media. The role involves bridging the gap between design and performance marketing, utilizing video and image editing skills to craft compelling ads that resonate with target audiences across various industries. You'll work within a dynamic team and leverage a state-of-the-art studio to produce top-quality creatives.
Requirements
- Experience in social media advertising
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator)
- Ability to create engaging moving image advertisements
- Ability to stage products effectively in short ads
- Experience in creating well-performing ads
- Good feel for moving images & storytelling
- Ability to work with static banners
- At least 2 years of professional experience in performance marketing
- Completed a university or vocational training in design, marketing or communication
- Proactive and performance-driven mindset
- Independent and responsible working style
