Wireless Tower Foreman

To be a team member at ADB Companies, you must be ALL IN to support the company’s mission, vision, and values. The Wireless Tower Foreman will lead the day-to-day performance, safety, production, and quality expectations on a variety of wireless tower projects.

Requirements

• Ensure safety is always being adhered to using proper procedures
• Work with the Project Manager daily to ensure schedules and budgets are being met
• Verify ordered project materials are accurate and complete
• Ability to climb and rescue at 100 feet or more with 50lb. load
• Ability to complete coax, fiber, boom, microwave dishes, antenna, and radio installations
• Responsible for tracking and approving time for all crew members
• Ensures tools and equipment on project sites are always being utilized and maintained responsibly
• Ability to perform PIM, sweep, fiber, and antenna alignment testing on site
• Communicate with customers, providing daily updates and problem resolution
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS’, port diagrams, and tower/mount structural analysis’
• Complete project required close-out packages and take required photos, sending to management to verify installation has been done properly
• Train and develop Tower Technicians and Tower Foreman according to the Career Advancement Matrix (CAM)
• Performs other position as assigned by leadership
