Estimator

Adapture Renewables, Inc. is seeking a skilled Estimator to contribute to the development and execution of solar energy initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction estimating, knowledge of renewable energy infrastructure, and experience with large-scale project cost modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating large-scale infrastructure, renewable energy or EPC construction (solar preferred)
• Strong understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems and solar PV technology, components, and installation processes
• Familiarity with prevailing wage compliance, labor productivity benchmarking, and regional cost factors
• Proficiency in Excel and estimating software; experience with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) a plus
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced development environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Collaborative mindset with ability to engage cross-functional teams
• Commercial awareness and understanding of construction contracts (EPC, lump sum, unit price)
• Proactive in identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving strategies
