Job Description
Adani Group is seeking a Site Safety Officer (FMCC) to ensure implementation of safety norms and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on achieving zero NCs and reducing unsafe incidents. The Safety Officer will manage risks, conduct safety rounds, provide orientation, oversee training, and ensure legal compliance. Collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including Forest Department, Business Acumen, and Customer Centricity, is key.
Requirements
- Monitor and enforce implementation of safety norms in accordance with DGMS regulations.
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) exercises.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified hazards.
- Organize safety orientation sessions for new staff.
- Coordinate emergency response planning and protocols.
