Job Description
Performs a variety of duties including reviewing and creating packing instructions, pulling packing materials, and packing parts in accordance with customer specification.
Requirements
- Work from and follow travelers, shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, customer orders, designated lists, packing slips, written/visual instruction, and verbal instructions to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
- Oversee/perform outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
- Provide visual inspection and accurate counts on product packed.
- Coordinate with customer service regarding updates, cancellations, and changes.
- Perform housekeeping chores as department requirements dictate.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
