Client Services Agent

Acumen Fiscal Agent is seeking a Client Services Agent to provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat, and guide them through financial products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred
• Familiarity with financial services or a relevant industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is beneficial
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks
• Strong knowledge of excel and computer systems
