Job Description
AcuityMD is a software and data platform accelerating access to medical technologies for MedTech companies. They empower customers with an Enterprise Customer Success organization to manage customer base, foster relationships, and drive revenue growth through executive sponsorships and proactive engagement. The team focuses on onboarding, understanding customer needs, and expanding platform adoption, ultimately helping customers maximize the value of their AcuityMD platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with deep experience in Customer Success for Enterprise SaaS or in the Medical Technology industry
- Ability to develop close personal relationships with customers and colleagues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize
