Job Description
Acuity is seeking a Technical Support Analyst Intern to install PC systems and peripherals, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user problems, and provide end user training and technical assistance.
Requirements
- Installation at the client workstations of the needed hardware and software.
- Maintain the integrity of the system documentation.
- Train and educate self in the new areas of job knowledge through education, self-study, and/or reading trade journals.
- Regular, predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
