Job Description
Acuity has three openings for Commercial Lines Consultant positions. Each role supports commercial lines operations through consulting, auditing, and serving as an underwriting knowledge resource. Two positions focus on training development and facilitation, while the other prioritizes operational support and strategic direction.
Requirements
- Create and conduct training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Serve as a knowledge resource to line underwriting
- Uphold best practices and consistency in underwriting through audits
- Partner with management to identify and implement changes in company policies and practices
- Develop and maintain reference materials
- Monitor trends and resources through external publications and organizations
- Participate in project work, including product innovation and process improvement
- Represent Acuity in a professional manner
