ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with ServiceNow development tools and strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. The position is located in the Washington DC metropolitan area and requires an Active Secret clearance or higher.

Requirements

• Configures and customizes software solutions using the ServiceNow platform
• Assists in defining user requirements and user stories for business needs
• Leverages agile methodologies to design, build, test, and implement solutions based on customers' requirements
• Helps support and validate ServiceNow upgrades and patches
• Documents designs and coding changes
• Troubleshoots reported bugs or errors using logging
• Packages coding changes for releases and migrates code and configuration changes between applicable environments
• Provides the Operations and Maintenance Team system support as needed
• Performs standard administration and system configuration
• Works as part of a team on client engagements
