Senior Project Manager (IT Business Systems), Grand Rapids

ActiveProspect is seeking a Senior Project Manager for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving enterprise business systems and integrations. The role partners with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to plan and deliver high-impact projects that improve operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, with a focus on IT business systems
• Proven experience leading large, enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (ERP, billing, payments, CRM, integrations)
• Experience managing external vendors and system implementation partners
• Demonstrated experience integrating acquired companies into core business systems following M&A activity
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
• SaaS or high-growth technology environment experience preferred
