Job Description
The System Administrator – IT & Cybersecurity is responsible for maintaining, securing, and supporting Activated Insights’ IT infrastructure and end-user environments, with an emphasis on cybersecurity best practices and proactive risk reduction, reporting and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or desktop support
- Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, and network devices
- Experience supporting cybersecurity tools (MFA, EDR, encryption, vulnerability management)
- CompTIA Security+ or CySA+ certification (preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or M365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator (preferred)
