Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience editing for Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Strong portfolio of DTC ad work - ideally in wellness, beauty, health, or lifestyle verticals
- Proven ability to edit for performance
- Comfortable working with UGC-style content and short-form edits
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Familiarity with ad metrics (CTR, ROAS, thumb stop rate)
