Requirements

• Create precise, high-quality vector illustrations, icons, and production assets using Adobe Illustrator.
• Develop artwork that balances realism and cartoon-inspired styles, reflecting our brand aesthetic.
• Manage and optimize complex Photoshop files (100+ layers) with a focus on non-destructive editing.
• Deliver production-ready files across print, digital, and merchandise formats.
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine concepts and meet project objectives.
• Organize assets for efficient workflows, including layer structuring and file naming.
• Stay current with design trends and AI-powered tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and file management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
