The role involves day-to-day campaign management, data analysis, creative collaboration, and contributing to media plans. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in paid social media buying for DTC brands
- Experience running campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or TikTok
- Familiarity with ad metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and campaign structure best practices
- Comfort navigating Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards
- Clear communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
