Job Description
Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, leading, and delivering end-to-end recruitment outcomes for the company. They will develop and execute annual and hiring plans, oversee full-cycle recruitment, and lead a team of recruiters to deliver consistent hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Post-graduate Diploma
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and leading a recruitment team
- Proven experience recruiting for IT services, systems integration, consulting, manpower augmentation, or technology-led organizations
- Strong track record of hands-on hiring for senior and hard-to-fill roles
- In-house TA experience preferred; agency background is an advantage
