Job Description
Oversee project implementation, manage internal and external partners, ensure quality and timely delivery, and develop strong relationships with stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum across parallel workstreams. Take ownership, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly when challenges arise.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or delivery operations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate between business and technical perspectives
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and proactive
