Job Description
ActioNet is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to support USMC engagements. The role is a critical leadership position, blending operational oversight, technical execution, and strategic planning to ensure seamless service delivery and stakeholder alignment. The DPM will manage cross-functional teams and contribute to the program’s strategic growth. The position bridges operational needs, technical execution, and long-range planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in program/project management with DoD or Federal IDIQ contracts.
- Proven track record managing portfolios >$50M with distributed teams across multiple sites.
- Experience with contract startup, customer deliverables (CDRLs), and operational performance metrics.
- Background in IT infrastructure, cyber/IA, network engineering, or systems integration.
- PMP or PgMP certified; Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Active Secret clearance required; TS eligibility strongly preferred.
