Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in building engineering or facilities management
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading maintenance or engineering staff
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, diagnostics, and building automation controls
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and work order management systems

• Availability for emergency response outside regular hours
