Job Description
Action Property Management is seeking a Building Engineer II to join their Cove team in Marina Del Rey. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of onsite high-rise or mid-rise building engineer experience and be familiar with the Uniform Commercial Building Code.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of onsite high-rise or mid-rise building engineer experience
- Familiar with the Uniform Commercial Building Code
- HOA experience is a plus
- Hands-on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting experience
- Fire system management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Team player attitude
- Must be available by cell phone 24/7 for emergencies
