Kigtek Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth in automation solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding market presence in the automation and control systems sector, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and working closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand the Company's service offerings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on trends, competition, and opportunities within the systems integration industry.
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve the Business Unit's Revenue and Profitability Targets.
- Collaborate with technical, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.
- Lead the negotiation of contracts, terms and pricing with prospective clients, ensuring that agreements meet both client and company objectives.
- Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Company by providing insights on market trends, competitive activities, and new opportunities.
- Oversee the handoff process to project management and operations teams after contracts are signed, ensuring that client expectations are well-communicated.
