Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and delivering PLC/SCADA software for industrial automation projects (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider or similar platforms)
• Excellent understanding of control philosophy, instrumentation, and systems integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience within engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and with customers
• HNC/HND, degree, or equivalent experience in engineering, software, or a related discipline
