ALRE Fleet Support Team (FST) Program Management Analyst

ACT1 provides program management support to Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, providing program support for ALRE (Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment). The ALRE Program Office will manage in-service engineering, logistics, and repairs. The role involves analyzing SWIs, funding requests, and executing budgets. ACT1 focuses on a collaborative environment offering great employee value and career growth.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Substitution of Education: An additional three years of relevant Program Management analytical experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• DoD Secret Clearance
• Experience working on Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs) or programs of comparable size and complexity
• Skills relating to task execution, schedule, and personnel dynamics
• Understanding of how to effectively work within the constraints of NAVAIR financial, staffing, and contracting systems
