Job Description
Act-On Software is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build their next generation platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software engineering and production systems, with experience in Java and/or Node.js, and a passion for collaboration and agile development.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and frontend services
- Take ownership of features and systems from design through production
- Participate in architecture decisions and technical design reviews
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and operations teams
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
- Contribute to infrastructure improvements and deployment processes
