Job Description
The Senior Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the distribution and warehousing operations within the facility, requiring a highly experienced professional with a deep understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of production machinery and job-related service delivery equipment and processes
- Experience with process flow design and implementation
- Six Sigma certification preferred
- Strong excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to conduct presentations, facilitate meetings, training
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet timely deadlines
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
