Acrisure is seeking a high-performing Employee Benefits Client Advisor to generate revenue by connecting people and businesses to benefit solutions that protect their employees and organizations. The ideal candidate will be able to guide clients through the entire buying process, close direct sales of benefits policies and services, and serve as a trusted advisor to help them navigate an evolving benefits landscape.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales, client advising, or business development with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets preferred.
- Proven track record of obtaining new clients and/or new revenue growth in the industry with a focus on utilizing technology and tech platforms.
- Bachelors’ degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing or finance preferred.
- Life and Health licensing required.
