Clams Supervisor - Liability

The Clams Supervisor - Liability will supervise and manage a team of liability claims adjusters, providing guidance and support. The role involves assigning claims to adjusters, monitoring their progress, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution. The supervisor will also review and approve claim settlements, oversee investigations, and coordinate with attorneys.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in insurance, risk management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in handling auto/general liability claims, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• State Adjuster licensing required; (multi-jurisdictional preferred). Designations a plus
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent analytical thinking skills to evaluate complex claims
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
• Experience with negotiations and knowledge of the litigation process
