Job Description
Acrisure is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead development within Acrisure’s Wholesale Applications and Palantir Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader passionate about building and scaling enterprise systems at the intersection of data, underwriting, and automation.
Requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
- Own the roadmap for Palantir-driven applications
- Architect and oversee data workflows, pipelines, and APIs
- Drive adoption of Palantir capabilities
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and underwriting leaders
- Champion modern DevOps and CI/CD practices
