Job Description
Acorns is seeking a Senior Manager of Compliance to oversee all aspects of their compliance program, ensuring products, communications, and operations adhere to regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with various departments, identifying and mitigating risks, and influencing compliance strategy. The position offers flexibility in location (In-Person or Remote), with a focus on building trust and empowering customers. They value compassion, integrity, and tenacity and aim to deliver financial wellness.
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 and 24 required
- Series 65 or 66 license or obtain it within 90 days
- 7+ years of compliance experience, SEC Registered Investment Adviser or Broker Dealer
- BS / BA Degree or equivalent
- Experience with SEC and FINRA rules and regulations (SEC Marketing Rule, FINRA Rule 2210)
