Job Description
Acorns is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their Risk Platform team. This role involves building and maintaining core platform for compliance, risk mitigation, and customer asset protection, working remotely with office access in Irvine, CA. Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, or Kotlin)
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills
