Requirements
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Source top talent using a variety of creative techniques
- Manage hiring manager expectations
- Perform pre-screening calls and interviews
- Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Support on-board process
- Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics
- Act as a contact person and build influential candidate relationships
- Promote company's reputation
- Learn multiple parts of the organization and make decisions and prioritize on behalf of the hiring teams
- Creatively finding passive candidate
- Experience in hiring across Southeast Asia
- Assist with other human resource related tasks
