Fall 2026 Legal Fellow

The ACLU-NJ is seeking outgoing and dedicated law students or graduates to join their Legal Fellowship from 2026. This fellowship provides excellent legal training and experience in impact litigation, focusing on advancing civil rights and liberties in New Jersey. The position involves working collaboratively on litigation and advocacy projects, analyzing legislative proposals, and engaging in community outreach.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of and commitment to civil liberties, civil rights, and racial justice.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
