Requirements
- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
- Automate workflows for data ingestion, feature engineering, model retraining, and CI/CD for ML systems.
- Implement observability and monitoring tools to track model performance, data drift, and system health.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to operationalize models and ensure seamless integration with business applications.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency, security, and high availability of ML services.
- Drive best practices in MLOps, including versioning, reproducibility, and governance for ML artifacts.
- Work to remediate system vulnerabilities promptly.
- Champion continuous improvement and automation across the ML lifecycle.
- Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
