AOG Lead Technician, Bay Area

The AOG Lead works directly with the NorCal AOG Manager to accommodate aircraft maintenance in the field. This role involves coordination, supervising, and performing maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Frequent travel to Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Mexico, Hawaii, and the Pacific is required, including international and overnight stays. The position requires full availability for unscheduled on-call maintenance events.

Requirements

• Report daily to the AOG Manager.
• Direct coordination and supervision of AOG technicians and AOG maintenance projects.
• Complete tasks assigned in accordance with ACI Jet’s Air Carrier Operations Manual.
• Coordinate with the AOG Manager to ensure safe and efficient aircraft repair.
• Comply with all relevant regulations and documentation standards.
