Job Coach

Achieving True Self (ATS) is looking for a Job Coach to help individuals with disabilities and/or Autism transition into the job market by providing job readiness and employment support. As an Employment Specialist, you will work with clients to determine career interests and strengths, assist with job finding, and provide ongoing support to help them maintain employment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record
• Reliable vehicle
