Community Support Specialist

Achieving True Self (ATS) is seeking a Community Support Specialist to provide direct assistance to adult participants on the autism spectrum. The role involves helping individuals acquire, retain, and improve communication, socialization, and other adaptive skills necessary to reside independently in the community. The job requires a supportive work environment and the opportunity to make a positive change in the lives of others.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record
• Willingness to complete paid autism training upon hire
