The BCBA will conduct assessments, design ABA treatment plans, and provide training and supervision to staff. Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensure as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst
- Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record
- Ability to work with children and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
