Achieving True Self is looking for Behavior Consultants (BCs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and provide training and supervision to staff and clients. The role involves delivering exceptional treatment, assessing client needs, and maintaining data collection and treatment records. Requirements
- PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist
- BCaBA/BCBA Certification, or
- Minimum of 1 year of full time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA, or
- Minimum of 1 year full time experience providing ABA under the supervision of a BCBA, AND 40 hours of ABA training, or
- An inherent desire to train, supervise and develop new BHTs and RBTs
